1. Run your Advanced Search through Avionte and save as an Excel file.
  2. Open up the Excel file and:
    • Add a space between LastName (Last Name) and FirstName (First Name)
    • Remove Cell from CellPhone (Phone)
    • You do not need to remove any other column.
    • Do not add more than 100 contacts at a time.
  3. Save the file as a CSV file (not .xlsx).
  4. Log into Sense and go to Contacts.  Click on Upload CSV.
  5. Find your file.
  6. Click on Confirm.
  7. Your contact list will have a longer name. Best practice is to rename it to today's date and what it's about. This will also help when you start typing your list to send your broadcast message out.
  8. Click on Messages in the bottom left corner, then New Message in the upper right corner.  In the To: section, start typing your contact list name and type in your message.
  9. You can either click on Send or Schedule it for later by clicking on the + button above the text field.
