If an associate is asking you to remove them from receiving email and/or text communications, you can use Sense.
Sense has updated the area on where you need to go to opt people out or remove them. The instructions are also attached and in G:\Branch Files\Artwork & Marketing Files
Log into Sense > People > find the person by name, email, phone or Avionte ID
In the dropdown, go to Subscriptions:
Uncheck the media the associate wants to opt-out from and then SAVE:
