If you have already checked to see if the SSN is listed in any of the tax documents, sometimes there might be a glitch in sending over eDocs into Avionte and they are missing.  You can manually do this yourself in Able!


Go to the applicant's profile > Onboarding


There are 3 dots next to the eDocs that you need to click.  Redownload eDocs will popup.  Only click it once! It may seem like nothing happens, but it's actually pushing the eDocs to Avionte.

  • If the applicant had to be sent any other forms or packages, you will need to click on those dots to Redownload eDocs, too. For example, the I9 p2 is considered a separate "group".
  • If the applicant filled out all the eDocs in the State / Language package, all eDocs will be sent over.

If you are unsure of the above bullets, you can still Redownload eDocs to make sure. Or, if you accidentally click on Redownload eDocs twice, it will just double up eDocs in their Avionte record.




To see the newly pushed eDocs in Avionte, go to the Documents tab > Actions > Refresh
