The Federal 2020 tax form is significantly different than previous years and is causing some confusion with our SA’s.

To avoid some headaches or frustration for our SA’s for the upcoming tax season we wanted to share a helpful tip to keep an eye out for.

If you encounter a form that appears incorrect, we would recommend advising the SA that the tax forms have changed from previous years and they now require dollar amounts and not the number of dependents.  You can send another tax form package to have the SA re-fill it out.
