Onboarding and Audit Trail functions are a great way to see what the applicant has completed or if something doesn't make sense.

Go to the Applicant's profile, then to Onboarding:

From there, you will be able to see the docs that the applicant completed, check for accuracy and/or Redownload eDocs to send to Avionte (if missing).

Go to the Applicant's profile, then to Audit Trail:

Audit Trail is great for troubleshooting on why the applicant may be missing a package.  Most packages should NOT be deleted unless it was sent as a mistake. You will also be able to see if a package was sent, signed, viewed, and/or opened.
