The only time you should delete a form or package is when you made a mistake in sending the form or package in the first place.

If the applicant finishes a package and you want to delete the I9 because there was a mistake on it, it will delete all the e-docs from the applicant profile in Able. It will still be saved in Avionte, however, if there is ever a glitch that it doesn't push over to Avionte or another Service Coordinator only relies on Able to see if the applicant has completed the e-docs, that Service Coordinator might send another State / Language package for the applicant to complete again.

If an applicant needs to fix something in a form or redo a form, please send the forms individually or you can go to Packages and Resend those particular forms.

You will still need to complete p2 to "close" the package out in Able.
