If the Able profile looks like below (Authorized Representative / Waiting / Prepaper), it means that the applicant checked the box for using a translator for their Section 1 in the I9. The translator has to fill out their part.  Once this happens, all the e-docs will be pushed over into Avionte.

If the applicant accidentally checked the translator box, you will need to fill out the translator part and Part 2 of the I9 and then send a whole new I9 to be completed.
