There could be several reasons why the person is not in Avionte.


First, they must have started on their edocs. This is where Able asks for their SSN and DOB.  The fields that are needed in order to be pushed over into Avionte are: 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. Email Address. 4. Phone Number. 5. SSN 6. DOB.

  • If ANY these fields are missing, you will need to wait until the applicant has finished their edocs.
  • If the applicant has finished their edocs and they are missing their SSN, the record will not be pushed over into Avionte. There is an area on the application that the person checks a box only if they are a resident of Australia.  Able automatically removes the option to enter in a SSN.  (This option cannot be removed).
    • If the applicant checked this box, you will have to send a RESEND package.
